- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was the worst experience I have ever had. Records/tests results were not gone over with me before tests were completed or afterwards. I had to call several times to get any information about the status of my dog. They fed her without my consent, which led to a delay in her receiving her necessary surgeries. When confronted about feeding my dog and delaying surgery, I was told that surgery could be completed anyway (this is unsafe given the use of anesthesia). My dog was injured on a Friday night, and it was hard to find any nearby surgeons. I was laughed at when I told them I would be going to a well known emergency surgery location 45 minutes away. I was told just to leave my dog in their care until Monday or Tuesday, when all other vets I contacted told me I needed to have the surgery done immediately. When I called to pick up my dog I was told her I had to wait two hours to get her. When I did pick her up the doctor did not meet with me. It is very clear that they are not compassionate to pet owners, don't care enough to go over full case issues, and do not have the knowledge to provide necessary treatments.
