  Great customer service and good prices. I brought my cat here for a first time comprehensive examination (he also had a slight eye infection). The vet was knowledgeable, calm, and took the time and care to get to know me and my cat. When the medication my cat was taking wasn't working, the office switched me to a new prescription without me having to bring the cat in for another visit. This was especially helpful because I didn't want to add any additional stress to my already sick cat. They also call to check up on your pet which is really helpful. I will definitely be going back for all of my pet's care.

  I have given it two stars because I brought my dog there on a Saturday she is 12 for having seizures. The staff A+. My problem was the dosage they told me to give my dog for having seizures was 3 pills twice of phenobarb 60mg each. The label says 2-3 every 12 hours Dr Quattro told me to give 3 pills every 12 hours. So I followed the doctors orders by the next day my dog lost her balance and would tip. I called to find out if this was a side effect I never received a call back..on Monday I called my vet and was able to get an appointment on Tuesday. I had to carry her in with the help of one the staff there and back home again she was not even able to hold her head up. What I came to find out was my dogs sedation levels are 53!! A normal level is between 15-25. I thank God for my vet. If I would of followed her direction I don't know if my dog would be here today. When I called there to inform them of her over dosage Dr Quattro apologized and said it was an over site on her part. The correct dosage is 1 pill every 12 hours.
