  Have been a patient for over 6 years and finally left the practice. Never see a doctor. Tired of being constantly charged with various $25 fees for EVERYTHING. Forms fees, email fees, you name it, they will charge a fee for it and it will not be going through health insurance. My approximate wait time was between 45 minutes and 1.5 hr every time, but by god you got to be there ON TIME. My latest draw was when I had to take 4 hours off of work for an appointment, approximately costed me $200 in docked hours that I will never get back. My son was difficult to get out of the house that morning (sick and on top of it he has a genetic disorder) so we were late 15 minutes, came in and the front stuff was extremely rude and did not accept us. I was very upset and explained the situation, they were absolutely not interested in what you have to say and your reasons, they just told me they would reschedule me. I don't have a lot of time off or money, as I am a single parent, absolutely inconsiderate and heartless staff. Later next month, I am receiving a bill for a $50 NO SHOW FEE! I am laughing because who did not show was the doctor, we were there fighting to be seen. I need to send them a $200 bill for my HOURS DOCKED FEE. On top of everything, my son has a genetic disorder, and I NEVER received guidance or phone calls or emails suggesting family groups, health related resources that I am receiving with my new pediatric office, phone calls offering to sign us up with various support groups! Please save yourself headache, money and heartache and find a caring practice in the area. Such as Kathleen Ennabi or other reputable doctor's office. I am very happy with my new pediatric doctor where I receive a lot of guidance, phone calls, emails and the best is that it is FREE.
