  They aren't attentive to their patients dietary needs. They don't seem to be aware of the patients needs coming from the hospital. There seems to be a disconnect. If there wasn't family visiting there wouldn't be any knowledge as to what the needs of the patient are. My father is also there for physical therapy. There has been very little progress. As of right now, I'm very disappointed. I will post an update as things improve, stay the same or get better.

  Don't send your loved one here. When I was concerned about my mother and seeing about sending her back to the hospital for better care, the nurse manager told me, verbatim "there's nothing more to be done for your mother." They never got her out of bed in the 4 days she was there. It's a horrible place where, unfortunately, the elderly and sick are forgotten about. Thankfully I am knowledgeable about medical issues and have a team of physicians I work with who are ready to help me so that I can advocate for my mother. My heart goes out to those who don't have the same resources and feel this place of substandard care is all they have.

  My 82 year old mother was in here twice for physical therapy after bone replacement surgery. She liked the PT she received. Like any place, though, it's important to have an advocate for the patient to make sure things go smoothly.
